Job Descriptions:

Looking for an experienced finance manager with lending guidelines knowledge who will be responsible for processing the dealerships finance deals accurately while completing all documents and forms required by local, state and federal regulations related to sale of a new and used vehicles. This individual will also be analyzing customer leads and credit applications to ensure proper follow-up from the sales staff. Also responsible for presenting each purchaser a variety of approved financial products to meet their individual needs while earning additional profit for the dealership. Should also be able to quickly and efficiently match up individual customers’ credit and payment needs with available financing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify information on credit application
  • Analyze credit report and submit to appropriate lenders for deal approval
  • Communicate payment options to customers
  • Maintain fast funding process
  • Follow up on all prospects and confirm existing appointments
  • Ensure good customer service experience for all customers

Requirements:

  • Experience in auto finance
  • Ability to sale and negotiate
  • Establish relationship with all lenders
  • Must meet performance goals and control expenses adequately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and muti-task
Salary: DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends
Supplemental Pay: Commission

Job Descriptions:

We are growing fast and recruiting strong minded professionals to add to our team. This individual must have past experience in accounting and independent dealership. Team-player, self-driven, and must be able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly billing process and review all aspects of orders or contracts
  • Audits monthly revenue numbers to ensure correct billing
  • Support monthly financial close process to include journal entry posting, account reconciliations and data tie outs
  • Evaluate process and system infrastructure, along with identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Conduct monthly accounts reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements for discrepancies
  • Assist with forecasting and annual budgets Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs

Requirements:

  • 3+years of progressive accounting experience preferred
  • Experience in automotive industry is a plus
  • Dealerscloud and Dealertrack experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and skills and attention to detail
  • Efficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of auto sales experience preferred
  • Outstanding customer service in all aspects of selling
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Driver’s License preferred
